Since its recent inception in 2010, London-based D&B label Audio Danger has been pushing its own brand of diverse sounds in the colorful spectrum of drum & bass. With noteworthy support from the likes of DJ Hype, Marky and Serum, the second installment to its various artist Hydra EP has Audio Danger fans ready to hit the download button.
T>I brings reggae-infused dancefloor vibes and splashy drums with his track “Decisions.” Dynamic Austrian producer Dorian crushes his previously released “Monster Land” with a VIP treatment that injects more bass into his cavernous offering. Proving that versatility runs deep within the label, the multi-talented British MC Jimmy Danger lends his vocal presence to the smart “What’s Behind Your Bars,” skillfully remixed by Symptom. Rounding out the Hydra EP is standout track “Reaching Out” from heavy weight producer Coda. The track features intricately engineered drums and a huge dimensional bassline.
