Hailing from its humble YouTube roots, UK-based label Infernal Sounds has blossomed from a platform previously known for uploading rips, clips and dubplates of the freshest underground tracks to pushing forward-thinking and hard hitting bass music through releases on their own imprint. Since seamlessly and gracefully evolving over the course of its soon to be nine releases, Infernal Sounds has stayed true to their fundamental philosophy of unearthing and promoting a multitude of styles; refusing to confine itself to one specific vibe while always delivering innovation and ingenuity.
The imprint sees its ninth, and arguably its most twisted, release on February 2 with Ireland-based Darkimh. This undeniably dark and energy laiden collection brings forth the producer’s own invigorating style complemented by a quintessentially trailblazing remix from Malleus and an exceptionally powerful collaboration with Taiko. Driven by a hefty arsenal of highly unique sounds supplemented by daunting basslines, Darkimh’s forthcoming Infernal release exerts dancefloor force while simultaneously delivering the producer’s idiosyncratic sonic character.
