When do doors open?
Doors for the event open at 3pm.

How much is parking?
$30 for premier parking, $20 for general parking.

What are the age restrictions?

You must be 18+ to enter. A valid photo ID is required. Please see acceptable forms of ID below:
Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristbands. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license.

What does VIP include?

– 18+
– Dedicated VIP entry lane with expedited entry
– Souvenir Cyclops Cove VIP lanyards
– VIP only dance floor with immediate access to the front of the stage
– VIP only restrooms
– Dedicated VIP bars with reduced wait times

Can I upgrade to vip?
Yes, at the box office.

GENERAL RULES

– Event will take place Rain or Shine.
– Re-entry is not permitted except in designated emergencies.
– For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Please have your bags open and available for inspection.
– NO Drones / Unmanned Aircraft Systems and/or Vehicles.
– Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
– ADA seating section available upon request.

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

– ​In the event of severe weather and notification to evacuate is given by concert staff, please calmly evacuate the concert grounds and seek shelter in an area of refuge or your vehicle. If the weather clears and it is possible to resume the event, you’ll be permitted to re-enter the concert grounds with your ticket.

BOX OFFICE

– The Box Office is open day of show at 1pm.
– Types of Payment Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. The box office will not be accepting cash.
– Matching Photo ID required with all credit card purchases.

WILL CALL

– Will call will be available day of show at 1pm. Please have order number, purchasing credit card and matching photo ID ready when picking up tickets.

The event is rain or shine but feel free to bring a poncho or rain jacket. Umbrellas will not be permitted.

NO Large chains or spiked jewelry
NO Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″)
NO Laser pointers or air horns
NO LED gloves or LED microlights used for light shows

NO Open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)
NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
NO Over-the-counter medication (available inside festival at the general store)
