Scooped up by prolific label Prime Audio, fast-rising dubstep producer HE$H (aka Joey Verrando) releases Chrome, a four-track EP filled with tearin’, riddim-styled beats and wonky bass.
Trap-flavored hi-hats float over the swagged out “22’s,” complete with manipulated crunchy synth patterns. Title track “Chrome” leads in with huge drop and lengthy jabbing bass notes, while “Caffeine” gives a healthy dose of hyper-active synth stabs and addictive bass tones. Closing out the EP, “Caddy” is a sound system crippler and sure to be a favorite among wonk enthusiasts across the globe. Chrome comes out February 23, find it here.
