As we count down the days until Mampi Swiftdrops his long-awaited Victory RoseLP, the Charge Recordings’ head honcho drops the title track on us for a premiere and its proper filthy. Having dropped hints about the album project for years now, it looks like the project is finally nearing the completion stages as the first single comes roaring through with inimitable style.

Named after his father, Victor, who recently passed away, “Victory” heads straight into anthem territory to honor the legacy his father left behind while also hammering home the message the album is keen on delivering: Mampi ain’t here to play.

From the orchestral elements that sound the alarm to the goosebump-inducing vocals and retro-tinged breakdown, once the elements come together and ignite the proceedings, its obvious that Mampi still has his finger on what makes the dancefloor move. Offering a bridge between the ravers of yesteryear with the festival-strength masses of today, Mampi is relentless in bringing on the chaos and rattling the walls.
