After gaining attention for his clean-cut softer bits featured on Deep In The Lab, the talents of the young producer known as Oz (real name Sam Oswin) have not gone unnoticed as Co-Lab Recordings ups the ante and releases his massive, five-track Different World EP.
Centered on tech vibes and minimal clean sounds, Oz frames the EP with a proper intro and outro that add to the ambiance of this compelling and quirky collection of tunes. “Psychosis” is a stand out track with a deep and fluid bassline touted by D&B demigods Noisia. “Meltdown” shares the same techy vibe but with a searing reece and plenty of filth. Another memorable bit is the emotive male vocal track “Lovesick,” supplying a steady clap and melancholy feel.
If you’re feeling the vibes head over to the Co-Lab shop to satisfy your cravings and pre-order the EP here ahead of its August 17 release date.
