We’re only days away from the Disciple crew’s takeover of the Belasco Theater this Saturday night in Los Angeles. With an all-star lineup from top to bottom—including Barely Alive, Virtual Riot, Dodge & Fuski, Dubloadz, and Astronaut—we’re already preparing for what is sure to go down as yet another legendary night of neck-snapping beats and chest-thumping basslines.
With that in mind, we thought we’d hit up the director and co-founder of the Disciple family himself, Ross Burr, for a list of 19 choice cuts from the crew sure to help you get your pre-game on. Offering up his comments on the first five and then dropping the rest in no particular order, it’s a Bassrush-approved selection that’s sure to have you seeking a release when the entire crew touches down at the end of the week!
Virtual Riot & Funtcase “Borg”
One of the biggest tunes of this year’s festival circuit. Virtual Riot and Funtcase absolutely crushed it with this one.
Barely Alive “Elephant”
Great track from the We Are Barely Alive album. Be sure to check the official video on UKF, too!
Dubloadz killed it with the new EP. In a world of dubstep music that’s all beginning to sound very similar, Dave was able to work hard to think outside of the box and came out with this. Pure blood, sweat and tears went into his Cuck Life EP and it shows.
Dodge & Fuski vs. Virtual Riot “Alien”
A bit of a Disciple classic now. This is a massive track from Dodge & Fuski and Virtual Riot from 2015.
Let’s just say Astronaut know how to throw down when it comes to electro house.
