Tisoki is a true audiophile, engineering his own sample packs and empowering fellow producers with his innovative Serum presets. From soulful, melodic dubstep to pure filth, it’s no wonder why the British noisemaker’s genre-defying style has been touted by a plethora of bass imprints including Monstercat, OWSLA and RAM Records. His latest collaboration with Oliverse called “Friends Forever” is a certified banger and fan favorite with its harmonious intro, sleazy switch-ups and intense bass stabs.
In celebration of our first ever Bassrush Massive in Arizona on May 6 (snag your tickets here!), followed by another appearance at the Hollywood Palladium for the second installment of Uprising on May 12, Tisoki blesses us with his go-to riddims of the moment with extra special commentary on five of his favorite bits below.
Getter “Inhalant Abuse”
“This is one of the most out there tracks at the moment. The sub and main synth compliment each other in such a dope way and it has such a cool swangy vibe.”
Tchami feat. Stacy Barthe “Afterlife” (Oliverse Bootleg)
“My dude Oliverse killed this. The old-school vibes mixed with modern elements really makes this one stand out from the crowd.”
Delta Heavy “Kaleidoscope” (Ray Volpe Remix)
“Such a cool spin on the original; super chilled vibes and Ray’s very own signature sound make this one so unique.”
Just Kiddin “Thinking About It” (WATGOOD Remix)
“This may be an old remix from WATGOOD but it’s still one of my favorite tracks. I’d always listen to it in the summer on my morning coffee run and it always puts a smile on my face whenever I hear it.”
Daruma “Different” (Apriskah Remix)
“I’ve known Apriskah for a while and seeing how far he’s progressed as a producer is so dope. This track is so bouncy and it’s one of the freshest things out there right now.”
