The dark side of Drumsound and Bassline Smith returns under their alter-ego 2DB. While the Technique label bosses are well-known for their ability to bring on the dancefloor fever, there’s some strange energy that occurs whenever they turn up in 2DB mode.

While it’s true it’s been nearly two years since we saw 2DB pop up on our radar, it’s a welcome return as “Leave” proves to be just as epic as anything they’ve put out to date. From the deceptively smooth intro centered on a soulful male vocal and hypnotic pop-tinged melody, don’t say we didn’t warn you when the sunshine gives way to an onslaught of dancefloor pressure as only 2DB can do.

With a mix of jump-up and tech-driven filth powering the proceedings, the stepping beat and straight-up beastly groove make this one to turn to when you want the crowd to turn savage on the rails.
