Snails and Botnek Melt Your Screen
Snails and Botnek Melt Your Screen

Snails resurfaces on OWSLA, this time with fellow bass-burner Botnek in collab mode, as they drop the hyperkinetic heater known as “Waffle House” on the masses. The tune is vomitstep taken to its ultimate extreme as Snails and Botnek lean hard on the grimy knob until the demonic vibes turn and churn atop a psychedelic atmosphere that brings on the dancefloor twitch in an untouchable way.

To bring the tripped-out aural vibes to life in the visual realm, director Ernest Desumblia and Sauvage TV craft a hybrid live action and animated narrative that is off the chain and out of this world in the very best way. Unfolding like an acid-tinged nightmare after a long night of consuming fast food (and perhaps other substances), the video quickly spirals from a cheeky cinematic narrative into a feverish overload of visual stimulation that is part action, horror, comedy, and straight up face-melting good times.

With Snails dropping in hot on the BASSMNT in San Diego on May 26 (snag your tickets here!) before returning to the bassPOD next month at EDCLV, consider this vid the perfect way to get slimed and primed for the incoming vomitstep takeover.

Out now via OWSLA so lock yours in here.
