Viper Celebrates 100 with a Four-Part EP

Since its inception by Futurebound in 2004, Viper Recordings has quickly earned its keep as one of the biggest drum & bass labels on the planet. Along with both sub-labels Viper VIP and Metro/Viper as an extension of Matrix’s own imprint, Viper Recordings continues to represent the very best vocal and dancefloor drum and bass the scene has to offer.

Viper is well known for nurturing fresh talent and introducing them to the world, and its heavyweight roster of artists old and new continues to secure Viper’s position in the pantheon of the scene. Now, after 13 years in the game, Viper hit their 100th release and celebrate by dumping a huge four-part VIPER 100 EP on the masses.

Marking the occasion with four exclusive Viper artist collabs, the first installment comes from a little head-to-head between two of Viper’s fastest-rising young stars, BMotion and Dossa & Locuzzed.

From the ‘80s-inspired electric guitar intro on through to the funky vocal and synth hooks, “Love Blind” brings on that perfect mix of hard-hitting bass, breaks and straight-up bubbling dancefloor energy sure to have the heads grooving to the beat.

Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the next three installments of the Viper 100 series, as Viper Recordings reflects on their journey so far while gearing up for the next 100 and beyond. BMotion vs. Dossa & Locuzzed “Love Blind” is out today on Beatport and Spotify with a full release to follow on February 10, so lock in your copy of the first installment here.
